All tracksuit measurements are according to age, not sizes. Services provider must take measurements of the learners to confirm sizes.

80/20 preference point system: 80 points for price (lowest acceptable bid scores highest), 20 points for specific goals. Specific goals: Black Ownership (51-100% = 10 points; 0-50% = 0 points) and Eastern Cape Location (supplier in Eastern Cape = 10 points; otherwise 0 points). Submit valid B-BBEE certificates/Sworn Affidavits and proof of Eastern Cape operations to claim points. Non-compliance with specific goals does not disqualify but scores 0 for that section. Total score = 100. Company experience: Minimum of 2 completed projects for supply/delivery of school uniforms OR submission of Form 1. Disqualifications: Failure to submit mandatory documents, bids from state employees or entities with state-employed directors/members, fraudulent claims for preference points, non-compliance with bid instructions (e.g., modified pricing schedules).

Supply and deliver 350 tracksuits: 100 to Phambili Mzonntsundu School (Grey and white, sizes 26-36 and ages 9-11) and 250 to Aliwal North Technical Orientation School (ANTOS) (Navy Blue, Yellow, Maroon with embroidered school emblem, ages 7-16). ANTOS caters for learners with disabilities; measurements are age-based, not size-based. Winning bidder must take learner measurements prior to production. Quantities per size/age are specified in the RFQ. Deliverables must match exact specifications, including colours and embroidery.

Company must have completed at least 2 school uniform supply/delivery projects. Alternatively, submit completed Form 1. Service providers must manage personnel, production, and delivery. Provide two signed reference letters on client letterheads (with contact details) or use Form 1 for experience verification.

Use the provided pricing schedule without modification. Items: Phambili Tracksuits (100 units), ANTOS Tracksuits (250 units), Delivery (1). Columns: Unit Price, Total Price (Excl VAT), VAT@15%, Total Bid Price (Incl VAT). Prices must be firm, unconditional, and include all disbursements. TCTA may reject non-market-related prices.

Joint ventures must submit consolidated B-BBEE certificates. No points for invalid/non-compliant affidavits or withdrawn agency certificates.
