Relevant Experience (30 points) - Up to 6 reference letters (cumulative value ≥ R500,000) for similar work in the last 5 years. Letters must include project description, value, period, authorized signature, and client contact details. Missing details invalidate the letter (-5 points per omission). Resources & Organisational Capacity (40 points) - Company organogram, CVs for 1 Supervisor and 3 Cleaners, proof of training, and Skills Development Plan (OHS, First Aid, Hazardous materials, Housekeeping). Stage 3 (Preferential Points): 80/20 system. Points: 100% Black Ownership (2), 51% Woman Ownership (8), 51% Youth Ownership (6), 51% Disability Ownership (2), Local Enterprise (2).
