Renewal of the NNT Change Log Tracker License for a period of 36 months. The license is for the NNT Log Tracker Enterprise 8 solution, which is a critical component of the Cross-Border Road Transport Agency (C-BRTA) IT Division’s security and compliance framework. The solution ensures all system modifications are properly tracked and validated.

Renewal of the NNT Change Log Tracker License for a period of 36 months. The license supports the NNT Log Tracker Enterprise 8 solution, which monitors and tracks unauthorized or unplanned changes across IT systems. Key functions include: flagging unplanned changes, raising alerts for IT administrators, interrogating changes (what, when, by whom, and authorization status), and logging changes outside approved processes. The solution audits and monitors changes to: files, file contents, attributes, folder structures, secure hash values, running processes, Windows registry keys/values, installed applications/patches, user accounts, services, and Windows audit/security policy settings. Required items: Change Tracker Gen 7 (Server & Network Licenses) for 3 years, and F.A.S.T Whitelisting Service for Server and Network Devices for 3 years.

Pricing must be submitted in the provided format, including: cost per month (excl. VAT), total price (VAT excl.), VAT @ 15%, and total bid price (VAT incl.). Pricing structure must cover the 36-month license renewal period. Use the official pricing schedule template provided in the bid document.

Bidders must comply with tax obligations. Submit a Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN (obtainable via e-filing at www.sars.gov.za) or a printed TCS certificate with the bid. If no TCS PIN is available but the bidder is registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), provide the CSD number. For consortia/joint ventures, each party must submit a separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number. Bidders must also submit a VAT registration number. B-BBEE requirements: Submit a B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs) to qualify for preference points. Bidders must not be listed in the Register for Tender Defaulters or the List of Restricted Suppliers. No bids will be considered from persons in the service of the state, companies with directors in the service of the state, or close corporations with members in the service of the state. Foreign bidders must complete the Questionnaire for Bidding Foreign Suppliers if applicable.

Contract duration: 36 months. Contractual obligations include: furnishing documentary proof of B-BBEE status or specific goals if requested by the organ of state. Consequences of non-compliance: (a) disqualification from the tendering process, (b) recovery of costs/losses/damages, (c) contract cancellation and damages claim, (d) restriction from conducting business with the public sector for up to 10 years, (e) criminal prosecution. Bidders must certify that all information provided is true and correct. Collusive bidding or fraudulent claims may result in penalties under the Competition Act or Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act.
