Include all required documents: Original valid Tax Clearance Certificate, valid BBBEE certificate or compliant sworn affidavit, municipal rates/taxes clearance (not older than 90 days in arrears), signed MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 8 (Declaration of Past Supply Chain Practices), MBD 9 (Certificate of Independent Proposal Determination), proof of CSD registration, company registration documents with director ID copies, and preference points claim form (MBD 6.1). Total quotation value must include all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL). Failure to include taxes or submit required documents will lead to disqualification. Joint Venture Agreements, if applicable, must be properly signed by all parties.

Quotations will be evaluated using the 80/20 point scoring system under the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA) 2022. 80 points are allocated to price (lowest acceptable tender scores highest), and 20 points are allocated to specific goals (e.g., B-BBEE compliance). The bidder must submit proof of documentation to claim preference points; failure to do so will result in zero points for specific goals. The organ of state reserves the right to request substantiation of claims at any time. Points are calculated as follows: Ps = (Pmin / Pt)

Scope: Supply of Executive Leadership Coaching Services to all executives, including the Managing Director, for a minimum of 12 months. Requirements: Service provider must have at least 3 years’ experience in Executive Leadership Coaching in a corporate environment. Must provide a panel of at least 5 accredited coaches (ICF or COMENSA) with: minimum 3 years’ Executive Leadership Coaching experience, diverse expertise (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR), and at least 3 years’ Executive Management experience in any portfolio. Coaching must be deliverable in-person (at Johannesburg Water or provider’s venue) and virtually. Service provider must articulate their coaching framework and facilitate assessments to enhance effectiveness. Additional requirements: Reference letters (on client letterhead, signed, dated) for the service provider and each coach, CVs and proof of accreditation for all coaches, and CVs must show Executive Management experience. Objectives: Assess leaders to identify development areas, empower leaders to close gaps, enhance people management/leadership skills, grow leaders for strategic contribution, improve individual effectiveness, and enhance emotional intelligence/interpersonal skills.

Service provider must clearly articulate their coaching framework and how it aligns with Johannesburg Water’s requirements. Must facilitate assessments to enhance coaching effectiveness. Coaching platforms required: in-person at Johannesburg Water, in-person at provider’s venue, and virtually. The approach must support the objectives of leadership development, gap closure, and strategic contribution.

Non-firm prices or those subject to exchange rate variations will be disqualified. Separate pricing schedules may be required for different delivery points. All delivery costs must be included in the bid price.

Pricing must be firm (non-firm prices, including those subject to exchange rate variations, will not be accepted).
