Scope: Supply, install, and commission power and lights at Unit 2 Security Tower. CIDB Grading: 1EP or higher required. Compulsory site briefing. Work includes: Supply of materials (e.g., 25mm² x 4 core SWA cable x 140m, cable glands, MCBs, socket outlets, switches, LED lights, GP wires, welding socket/plug, DB board, wiring consumables). Use of hydraulic scissors lift platform. Running cable from MCC to security tower via ducts, trench, and excavation (underground sections). Drilling concrete and mounting floodlights on building roof. Wiring of tower, commissioning, and issuing Certificate of Compliance (COC). Safety file required.

Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications for electrical installation work. CIDB Grading of 1EP or higher required. Competitors are defined as individuals/organizations with qualifications, abilities, or experience to provide the same goods/services.

Submit MBD 3.1 (Pricing Schedule) with firm prices only. Include item number, quantity, description, unit price, and total price. Sub-total, VAT at 15%, and grand total (all taxes included) must be clearly stated. Delivery basis and period must be specified. All delivery costs included in bid price. Brand, model, country of origin, and compliance with specifications must be declared. Non-compliance with pricing format may lead to disqualification.

Pricing: Submit firm prices only (non-firm prices will be disqualified). Pricing schedule must include unit price, total price, sub-total, VAT at 15%, and grand total (all applicable taxes included). Offer validity: 60 days from closing date. Delivery costs must be included in bid price. All applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, skills development levies) must be included in total quotation value. Failure to include all taxes will lead to disqualification. Contract may be cancelled, and damages claimed if bidder engages in fraudulent conduct. Tenderers or contractors (and their directors/shareholders) may be restricted from public sector business for up to 10 years for fraudulent actions. Criminal prosecution may follow.
