Items required: 1) Supply and installation of conveyor belt: 1 each, 600mm Class 315/3 PLY 3.2 X 1.6 ‘N’ (Cold/Hot Splice on site). 2) Supply of scraper blades: 4 OFF, E7015 S/SCRAPER S/R C/W TC Blades 750B/W. 3) Supply of skirting rubber: 2 X 10m rolls, KEYSKIRT Size 1, UK PAT No GB2 294 250 B, USA PAT No 5 513 743. 4) Supply and installation of pulleys: 1 OFF rubberized steel drive pulley (690 L, Shaft L 1.300mm X 42D, one side with keyway), 1 OFF rubberized steel driven pulley (690 L, Shaft 970mm X 45D). 5) Supply of idlers: 15 OFF rubberized steel idlers (240mm L, 130mm D, Shaft 17mm D, 20mm L for drive pulleys), 4 OFF rubberized steel idlers (690mm L, 350mm D, Shaft 22mm, 18mm slot for return idlers).
