Supply cartridges for HP 981A: Black (J3M71A), Cyan (J3M68A), Magenta (J3M69A), Yellow (J3M70A). Quantity: 4 units of each. Prices must be firm for the duration of the order. Market-related prices will be negotiated with the preferred provider.

Quoted prices must be valid (firm) for the duration of the order. Prices dependent on exchange rates must factor in escalations. No upfront payment; payment made within 30 days of receiving a valid invoice upon delivery of goods/services.

Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (e-filing copy) required. Certified copy of ID and company registration (CIPC) required. B-BBEE compliance implied via Specific Goals (HDI equity ownership points).

Evaluation follows the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2022. Total points: 100, split between Price and Specific Goals.

• Price: 80 or 90 points (depending on tender value).
