Race Numbers (1500 units) - White background, gloss finish, sticker format for t-shirts. Contract terms include: Payment within 30 days of invoice submission (with delivery note). Prices must not vary from quoted prices unless adjusted per SCC. Contract amendments require written agreement. Supplier may not assign obligations without purchaser’s consent. Subcontracts must be notified in writing. Delays incur penalties calculated at the current prime interest rate per day. Purchaser may terminate for default, insolvency, or corrupt practices. Force majeure events exempt supplier from penalties. Disputes resolved via mediation, then South African courts. Contract governed by South African law. Supplier liable for taxes, duties, and levies. Warranty: 12 months for goods, with supplier responsible for repairs/replacements. Insurance required for goods during transit. Packing must prevent damage. Goods must conform to specifications and standards. Supplier must indemnify purchaser against patent/trademark infringement claims.

Luthuli Museum does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any quotation. No quotation is deemed accepted until a formal contract or letter of intent is executed. The Museum reserves the right to: Not evaluate or award non-compliant quotations, select bidders based on evaluation criteria, contact bidders for clarification without informing others, award to one or more bidders, withdraw or cancel the RFQ at any stage, and select bidders for negotiations based on the greatest benefit to the Museum. The Museum is not liable for any bidder costs incurred in preparation or submission.
