Topographical surveying services for 11 schools in limpopo – RFQ for sagc-registered land surveyors

Submit quotations in hard copy only, deposited in the tender box at The Mvula Trust, 25 Rhodesdrift Street, Rhodesdrift Office Park, ROP6, Bendor Ext 30, Polokwane by 12h00 on 23 June 2026. Late, emailed, faxed, or telephonic submissions will not be accepted. Use only the official RFQ documentation issued. All returnable documents must be completed in full, signed, and submitted as originals in non-erasable ink, plus required copies. Failure to submit any mandatory returnable schedule (e.g., Form of Offer and Acceptance, Tax Clearance Certificate, Professional Indemnity Insurance, CSD Registration, Company Registration, COIDA, SBD4, Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire, or Professional Registration Certificates) will result in disqualification. Addenda to tender documents must be attached if applicable.

Scope: Provision of topographical surveying services at eleven (11) schools with circuit offices in Limpopo Province. Duration: 21 calendar days from appointment. Service providers must deploy adequate resources to meet this timeline. Each service provider will be considered for allocation of one cluster only, unless a second core team is provided for a second cluster. Core team requirements per cluster: 1 x Registered Professional Land Surveyor (SAGC) with 3 years’ post-registration experience; 1 x Surveyor Assistant with minimum NQF Level 6 in Land Surveying. The core team must attend a compulsory kick-off meeting with The Mvula Trust and remain fully involved until project completion. Replacements for key personnel must be equivalent or more qualified/experienced and require TMT approval. Conditions of tender follow the Standard Conditions of Tender (CIDB, August 2019).

Submit pricing on the official RFQ documentation (Part C2: Pricing Instructions and Activity Schedule). Quotations must be VAT-inclusive. Proof of Professional Indemnity Insurance is mandatory and must be submitted as part of the returnable schedules; non-submission will result in disqualification. Payment terms and other financial conditions are governed by the Standard Conditions of Tender (CIDB).

Mandatory: At least one director must be a Professional Land Surveyor registered with the South African Geomatics Council (SAGC). For joint ventures, each director must be SAGC-registered. Submit: Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and PIN (SARS); Certified copy of Company Registration; Central Supplier Database (CSD) Registration (not older than 30 days); COIDA; Professional Indemnity Insurance; SBD4 (Bidder’s Disclosure); Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire; Certified copies of Professional Registration Certificates and technical qualifications for key personnel. Tenderer or directors must not be listed on the National Treasury’s Register of Tender Defaulters or prohibited from doing business with the public sector. No conflicts of interest permitted. Persons in the service of the state may not submit bids or participate in the contract.
