Scope: Road maintenance and extension projects (e.g., Ehlane - Extension of Road and Hlane Access Road Maintenance). CIDB grading required: 3 CE or higher per project (see table). Projects include access road maintenance, construction, and solar streetlight installation (50 units in Emaxesibeni).

Pre-qualification criteria for Solar Streetlights: Company Experience (40 points), Key Personnel (40 points), Methodology (20 points). Total: 100 points. Minimum 70 points required to proceed.
