SABS requires services of a recruitment agency to assist with the recruitment of Chief Executive
Officer (CEO)
Scope of work covers the following areas:
Publishing of Advert
The Executive Search Agency will publish the advert on LinkedIn, Sunday Times, Business Day and
other platforms. The Executive Search Agency will also liaise with the SABS Recruitment team to
publish same advert on the SABS eRecruitment system
Response handling:
The Executive Search Agency will receive all applications, screen them in terms of suitability in line
with the advert requirements.
Screening of Applications
The Executive Search Agency will receive all applications, screen them in terms of suitability in line
with the advert requirements.
Scheduling of shortlisting sessions
The Executive Search Agency will receive all applications, screen them in terms of suitability in line
with the advert requirements.
Shortlisting of Candidates
The Executive Search Agency will receive all applications, screen them in terms of suitability in line
with the advert requirements.
Scheduling of Interviews
The Executive Search Agency will first submit the shortlists to the SABS, then schedule interviews
based on the feedback received from the SABS.

Assessments, Probity Checks and Facilitation of Interviews
The Executive Search Agency will facilitate 360-degree assessments, facilitate competency
assessments, facilitate probity checks and schedule interviews in line with the availability of
selection panel members as informed by the SABS.
Submission of Recruitment Report
The Executive Search Agency to compile the final report and submit to the SABS.
