The tender will be awarded to one service provider. 10. VALIDITY PERIOD The validity period for the tender after closure is 90 days. CoT shall have right and power to extent any tender validity period beyond any initial validity period set and subsequent extensions. SCM shall ensure that an extension of validity is requested in writing from all bidders before the validity expiry date. If the tenderer does not agree to a market-related price, the city reserves the right to negotiate a market-related price with the tenderer scoring the second highest points, if the tenderer scoring the second highest points does not agree to a market-related price, negotiate a market-related price with the tenderer scoring the third highest points. If a market-related price is not agreed, the city reserves the right to cancel the tender.
