Pro-Rated Refunds After 14 Days
For annual subscriptions, we offer pro-rated refunds after the initial 14-day period.
How Pro-Rated Refunds Work
If you cancel your annual subscription after 14 days, you'll receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription:
Example Calculation
Annual Professional Plan: R15,588 (R1,299 × 12)
Cancelled after 90 days (275 days remaining)
Refund: R15,588 × (275 ÷ 365) = R11,750

- Annual subscriptions (pro-rated after 14 days)
- Technical issues preventing service use
- Service not as described
- Payment processing errors
Not Eligible for Refund
- After 14 days for monthly plans
- Used all application credits for the month
- Account terminated for policy violations
- Didn't find suitable tenders
- Changed business needs

Most refunds appear in your account within 5-7 business days, but some banks may take longer to process international transactions.

Information Required
- Account email address
- Subscription plan and start date
- Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
- Order ID or transaction reference
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method:
Credit/Debit Card
Refunded to the same card used for payment. May appear as "credit" on your statement.
Bank Transfer (EFT)
Refunded to the bank account from which payment was made.
PayFast
Refunded to your PayFast wallet or linked bank account.
Important Note
We cannot process refunds to different payment methods than the original purchase. If your original payment method is no longer available, we'll work with you to find an alternative solution.
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:
Service Downtime
If our service is unavailable for more than 24 hours, we'll refund a portion of your monthly fee.
Feature Issues
If specific features don't work as advertised, we may offer a partial refund based on the impact.
Billing Errors
If you're overcharged due to a billing error, we'll refund the difference.
