Submit bids in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bid number (RMLM SCM:2025/2026:COMM-05B) and description, to the bid box at Ramotshere Moiloa Local Municipality, Cnr Coetzee and President Str, Zeerust, 2865. Fence specifications: Concrete compressive strength ≥30 MPa (SANS 5836). Posts: 3.0m long, 140mm (back) tapering to 80mm (front), 225mm thick, spaced at 2.0m centers in 450mm x 450mm x 600mm concrete foundations (15 MPa at 28 days). Pales: 2.4m long, 100mm (back) tapering to 80mm (front), 75mm thick, spaced at ~200mm centers (9 pales per 2m section), with 10mm holes for 8mm bolts. Rails: 1.98m long, 150mm wide x 80mm deep, with 9x10mm holes for bolts, grouted into posts with 2:1 sand/cement mix. Fasteners: Mild steel, electrogalvanized optional (coastal areas).
