The purpose of this bid is to invite Suppliers (hereinafter referred to as “bidders”) to submit bids for “Licenses Renewal of Mimecast Software and Archive Storage System, including software maintenance and support for a period of 24 months with an option to extend for 12 Required Service months for the Western CapeNature Conservation Board T/A CapeNature”. Mimecast is a cloud cybersecurity service for email, data, and web. Mimecast is the preferred solution and must be commercially quotable using current Mimecast subscription plans and add- ons, while meeting or exceeding the functional requirements defined below. 1. Mimecast consists of: CapeNature requires the renewal and support of Mimecast services for 580 users over a period of two (2) years. The required components include: 1. Mimecast Advanced Support Bidders must quote comprehensively for the “License Renewal of Mimecast Software and Archive Storage System” including maintenance and support for 24 months, with an option to Specification / extend for 12 months for the Western CapeNature Conservation Board T/A CapeNature”.
