RENEWAL OF VMWARE SOLUTION (LICENCES, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT) 1. Scope of work / specification Service Required:  RENEWAL OF VMWARE SOLUTION - LICENSES, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT as depicted on the attached Table 1 to this Scope of Work. PetroSA requires VMWare Solution licenses to operate the On-Prem virtual environment. This is required for a 12-month period, with possible plans to extend the service for a further period of up to 24-months. The Service Providers to respond to this requirement as per Table 1 below, by filling in the unit price of each license – see Commercial Bid Analysis (“CBA”). 2. Elimination Criteria – Scope of Work requirements:  The Tenders must update their proposal by inserting the figures on the “green” marked fields only on the CBA by providing unit pricing as per different solutions.  Tenders can change the Edition on the CBA, if necessary, however a detailed explanation must be given should the Edition be changed.  The Commercial Bid Analysis (“CBA”) must be completed and be attached to the Tender on e-Procurement System, failing which the Tender will be eliminated.  Delivery must be within 14 (fourteen) days – Service Providers to confirm – see CBA and Questionnaire.  Tenderers must comply with the Specifications of this Tender and attached the Specification Sheet – see Table 1 below – CBA MUST BE COMPLETED AND BE ATTACHED TO THE TENDER on the e-Procurement System.  Tenderers must be a reseller/partner/distributor of the VMWare Solution and must provide proof from the OEM that they are a reseller/partner/distributor and confirming their status.
