Supply and delivery of 200 comfortable backrest metal cafeteria chairs. Delivery must be included in the price and executed within 7 days of award.

Pricing must include delivery to Siyathemba Municipality in Prieska. The contract will be awarded to one service provider.

Mandatory requirements: CSD registration, Tax Clearance Certificate, B-BBEE Certificate (certified copy) or original Sworn Affidavit, and completed MBD forms (4, 8, and 9). Failure to attach MBD forms will result in disqualification.
