Tenders SA provides source-backed tender intelligence by automatically syncing tender data from the official government tender portal. We link tender records to the original government portal listing, download supporting documents from the government source, and show freshness indicators so users can understand how recently a tender was synced.
Why we do not say verified tender
All tender data originates from the government tender portal through automated API integration. Tenders SA does not create or modify tender information - we sync, store, and enhance government portal data to make it more discoverable and useful for South African businesses.
What AI Enhanced means
AI Enhanced means that Tenders SA used AI to analyze government portal data and improve readability, summaries, classification, or requirement extraction. AI enhancement does not replace the official government portal source or tender documents, and does not verify the accuracy of government data.
What users should still verify
Tenders SA is not the issuing authority. All tenders are automatically synced from the official government tender portal. Always confirm final submission details, closing dates, briefing sessions, eligibility requirements, and documents on the official government portal before applying.
