CHOOSE YOUR AI ASSISTANT
Start with the app you already use
Follow the path for ChatGPT Work or Claude Cowork. You will sign in to Tenders-SA through Tenders-SA, then continue reviewing your proposal work in your normal workspace.
- Download and open the ChatGPT desktop app.
- Start Work, then open the built-in browser.
- Visit tenders-sa.org and sign in to your Tenders-SA account on the website.
- Open the tender or Application Workspace you want to work on.
- Ask ChatGPT to help with the application in front of you.
- Review each website-access prompt before ChatGPT continues.
- Check the result in Tenders-SA before you move on.
- Download and open Claude Desktop, then sign in to Claude.
- Open Customize → Connectors.
- Select Add custom connector.
- Enter the Tenders-SA connection address:
https://www.tenders-sa.org/mcp - Complete the Tenders-SA sign-in and access screen.
- Enable Tenders-SA for the conversation or Cowork task.
- Review the proposal work in your Tenders-SA Application Workspace.
If you use a Claude Team or Enterprise account, an account owner may need to add the connector before members can use it.
YOUR ACCOUNT STAYS PROTECTED
You stay in control of every tender response
Sign in safely: sign in to Tenders-SA on the Tenders-SA website or access screen. Never paste your Tenders-SA password into an AI chat.
Keep authorisation clear: the assistant only receives information and actions you authorise for your account. Review write and website-access prompts before you approve them.
Keep the final decision with your team: review drafts in Tenders-SA, then use your normal workspace and export process. The integration cannot submit a tender to a government or buyer portal.
Disconnect when needed: review or revoke connected access from Settings → AI Agents.

Before you connect
Do I need a paid Tenders-SA account?
Yes. AI agent integrations are included with paid Tenders-SA plans. You can compare current access on the pricing page.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT or Claude account?
Provider access can depend on the product, account and settings available to you. Check the official provider guidance linked in the setup path before you connect.
Do I need to upload my tender again?
No. Start from the Tenders-SA tender or Application Workspace you already use. The assistant can work only with the information the current page or connected access makes available.
Does ChatGPT or Claude get my Tenders-SA password?
No. Enter your password only on the Tenders-SA website or access screen, never in a conversation.
Can it submit a tender for me?
No. It can help prepare and review work, but it cannot submit a tender to a government or buyer portal.
Can it use my company profile and documents?
A connected assistant can use only the company information and documents your Tenders-SA permissions and approved access make available. Page-based help remains limited to the page you have open.
Where are proposal drafts saved?
When a supported proposal write is available and you approve it, the draft is saved to the existing Tenders-SA Application Workspace for your normal review and export.
Can I disconnect it?
Yes. Review or revoke connected access from Settings → AI Agents in Tenders-SA.
