Earnings and Payout
You earn 50% of the amount actually paid on a referred customer's first subscription invoice. Commission is calculated on the amount received after any discount, credit, promotion, or adjustment — not on the list price.
The examples below assume a full-price first invoice with no discounts applied.

These are illustrative examples only. Actual commission depends on the plan chosen and the amount paid after discounts. Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on valid paid conversions.
Pending
Your referral has signed up and their first payment has been received, but the seven-day confirmation window has not yet elapsed.
Payable
The confirmation window has passed and no refund or dispute has been raised. The amount is eligible for payout once your balance reaches the threshold.
Paid
A manual payout has been processed and a reference has been recorded against the commission.
Void
The qualifying payment was refunded, charged back, or disputed. The commission is cancelled.
R1 000 threshold: Your payable balance must reach R1 000 or more before a payout is processed.
7-day confirmation: Commission is confirmed seven days after payment, provided no refund or dispute has been raised.
Manual payout: Payouts are processed monthly in arrears by Tenders-SA. A payout reference is recorded against each settled commission.
One-time commission: Commission is earned once per referred customer. Renewals, upgrades, add-ons, and unrelated purchases do not generate additional commission.
Promotion and Disclosure
You are an independent affiliate. You are not an employee, agent, official reseller, or representative of Tenders-SA, and you must not describe yourself as one.
Place the disclosure where the reader will see it before they click — not only in a footer, and not hidden behind a "more" link.
