Submit a written quotation via email to [email protected]. Ensure the quote is on an official company letterhead, duly signed, and includes the delivery date. You must include a full CSD report and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) with your proposal. Failure to sign and return SBD forms may lead to disqualification.

The tender follows the 80/20 preference point system. 80 points are allocated for price and 20 points for specific goals. Specific goals include ownership by HDIs, women, youth, and people with disabilities (all 51%+), as well as B-BBEE status levels 1-4 and promotion of SMMEs. Failure to submit proof for specific goals will result in zero points for those categories.

Supply and delivery of the following items: 3.00 EA of 25l Concentrated Teepol Industrial Cleaning solution and 3.00 EA of 25l Concentrated thick bleach. Bidders must clearly state the warranty period and extent of the guarantee for the goods provided.

Prices must be quoted in South African Rand, inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, and taxes. No price adjustments will be considered after submission. The ARC reserves the right to benchmark prices.

Mandatory registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Bidders must provide their CSD registration number and full report. All SBD forms (including SBD 4 and SBD 6.1) must be completed and signed. Bidders must not be listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or the List of Restricted Suppliers.
