Submit physical bids in a sealed envelope marked with the bid number and description. Place in the tender box at Block A, Ground Floor, 25 Mitchell Street, Meyerton, 1961. Submissions are accepted between 07:30 and 16:00, Monday to Friday. Only original, signed documents on official forms are accepted. No faxed, emailed, or late submissions will be considered. Ensure all pages are included and completed in black ink; no correction fluid is permitted.

Evaluation includes: 1. Relevant specifications and technical proposals; 2. Value for money; 3. Capability to execute the contract; 4. Compliance with Midvaal SCM Policy and Preferential Procurement Policy. Specific goals allocation: Locality (5 points) and B-BBEE (5 points).

Minimum CIDB contractor grading of 7CE or higher required; 6CE Potentially Emerging Enterprises may submit if criteria in Tender Data are met. Bidders must sign all provisions of the rules and specifications. Attendance at the compulsory briefing session is mandatory for eligibility.
