Failure to submit required documents (e.g., CSD registration, declarations MBD1-9, SARS TCS PIN printout, proof of no overdue municipal accounts) will lead to disqualification.

Submit bids in a sealed envelope marked with the tender reference (SCMU5-26/27-0016 AMR INF) and project title. Deposit in the tender box at: Department of Public Works and Infrastructure, Block B Building, Reception Area, Cnr. Scholl Rd & Amalinda Main Road, Amalinda, East London by 11:00 on 18 June 2026. Late, incomplete, unsigned, or electronically submitted bids will be rejected. Bids must use the official tender documentation. Returnable Documents:

• Obtain the tender documents from the SCM Unit, 5th Floor, A.S. Chetty Centre, 333 Church Street, Pietermaritzburg (available from 12:00 on 18 May 2026). A non‑refundable fee of R 265.56 (VAT inclusive) must be paid by cash or EFT. • Complete all required forms (Tender Form, Annexures A‑G, Data Sheets 1‑8) in typed or handwritten form, signed in ink by an authorised representative. No correction fluid is allowed; any corrections must be countersigned. • Attach a valid Tax Clearance Certificate or a Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN from SARS, and include your CSD Supplier Number/Unique Registration Reference if you are already registered on the Central Supplier Database. • Provide proof of CIDB grading (if applicable), ECB registration for electrical works, and IOPSA registration for plumbing works where relevant. • All documents must be sealed in an envelope marked “QUOTATION No. Q12//26” and placed in the Tender Box at Central Stores, 2 Abattoir Road (off Kershaw Street), Pietermaritzburg, no later than 12:00 hrs on Wednesday 27 May 2026. Late submissions will be rejected. • Failure to attend the compulsory Site Inspection/Tender Briefing (date stated in the tender) or to submit a signed attendance certificate will result in disqualification. • Ensure prices are VAT‑inclusive regardless of your VAT status.

Submit sealed bids marked 'Bid No.: GKM 48-25/26 RIDE ON ROAD MARKING MACHINE WITH BOOSTER' to the tender box at Reception Area, 75 Hope Street, Kokstad by 02 June 2026 at 12H00. Late, emailed, faxed, or telegraphic bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on official forms (not retyped). Use black ink; no correcting fluid. All pages must be checked for completeness.
