Submission Guidelines
Source: RFQ 6665.1-25-05-2026.pdfSubmit electronically to [email protected] by 25/05/2026 @ 16h30. Use RFQ number (6665.1/25/05/2026) and description as email subject. Do not use cloud solutions (e.g., WeTransfer, Google Drive). Total email size must not exceed 25MB. Late submissions or submissions to incorrect addresses will be disqualified. Required returnables: Annexure C (SBD 1), Annexure D (SBD 4), Annexure E (Preference Points Form), Annexure F (NDA), and quote on company letterhead. Mandatory documents: Bill of Materials, proposed lead times, and proof of experience (1 verifiable reference in PCB assembly/sensor manufacturing).
Evaluation Criteria
Source: RFQ 6665.1-25-05-2026.pdfTwo-phase evaluation: Phase 1 (Elimination Criteria) - Bidders are eliminated for: late submissions, incorrect submission location/email, listing on NT Restricted Suppliers Database, registration on NT Tender Defaulters Register, missing mandatory returnables (Table 2), or failure to meet specifications. Phase 2 (Price and Preference Points) - 80/20 preference point system (Annexure E). CSIR reserves the right to award to a bidder not scoring the highest points under PPPFA Section 2(1)(f).
Technical Specifications
Source: RFQ 6665.1-25-05-2026.pdfManufacture and supply 500 accelerometer units based on Eagle CAD project 'IMU'. Programming connector must not be fitted. Two variants: Variant A (25% of units) - 1 connector + 1 terminating resistor; Variant B (75% of units) - 2 connectors + no terminating resistor. Component list includes capacitors, resistors, connectors (JST-GH-4), LSM6DSOTR sensor, RGB LED, STM32F042G6U6 microcontroller, TCAN332 transceiver, and LP5907 voltage regulator. Strict compliance with connector population and resistor rules required. CSIR will provide Eagle design file. Mandatory pre-production review and sample approval required before full-scale manufacturing.
Financial Requirements

Clearly indicate if prices are subject to escalation/exchange rate fluctuations (state currency and ROE). Include freight, insurance until acceptance, and duty where applicable. Compliance Requirements

Bidders listed on NT Restricted Suppliers Database or NT Tender Defaulters Register will be disqualified. Consortia/JVs/sub-contractors must also be CSD-registered. Submit SBD 1, SBD 4, Preference Points Form, and signed NDA (Annexure F). Proof of experience in PCB assembly/sensor manufacturing required. POPI Act compliance mandatory for handling personal information.
