Pre-packaged lunch must include: 2 Starches (pap and dumpling/samp/rice), 2 Meats (roasted/grilled chicken, lamb/beef), 2 Salads (potato salad, chakalaka), 2 Veggies (pumpkin, spinach). Beverages: 500 Bottled Water (SANBWA-compliant), 250 Soft Drinks/100% Fruit Juice (1 per person, cans/bottles). Requirements: Bring own cutlery, plates, tablecloths, cups, serviettes. Deliver food on time. Print and bring specification daily. Use refuse bags and remove waste post-service. Duration: 1 day.

Submit complete and signed NLC Pricing Schedule/Quotation. Pricing must include all applicable taxes. Payment terms and bonds/guarantees not specified. Price evaluation uses formula Ps = 80*(Pmin/Pt) for bids between R30,000 and R50 million.
