Failure to submit or complete items 2.2, 2.3, 2.5, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.13, 2.14 (If applicable) will render the proposal non-responsive and IT will not be considered. The bidder must not appear on the national treasury's list of blacklisted entities.
