Submissions must be made exclusively via the E-TENDER PORTAL. Late or incomplete submissions will be disqualified. Bidders must provide all required SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and supporting documentation as requested in the administrative and mandatory compliance stages.

The tender follows an 80/20 preference point system (80 for price, 20 for specific goals). Evaluation stages include: 1) Submission compliance, 2) Administrative compliance (SBD forms, POPIA consent, B-BBEE, CSD), 3) Mandatory requirements (SBD 4, Pricing Schedule, Municipality Certificate of Acceptability), 4) Price and Specific Goals (Black ownership, Women ownership, Youth ownership, Disability ownership), and 5) Due diligence.

Provision of catering services for an Education and Awareness Workshop in Willowmore, Eastern Cape on 26 May 2026. Requirements include: 200 pre-packaged lunches (2 starches, 2 meats, 2 salads, 2 vegetables), 400 bottles of still water (SANBWA compliant), and 200 soft drinks/juices. Bidders must provide their own cutlery, plates, tablecloths, cups, and serviettes, and are responsible for waste removal.

Pricing must be submitted using the NLC Pricing Schedule. No services are to be rendered before receipt of an official Purchase Order.

Mandatory: CSD registration (provide CSD number/report), valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN, Certificate of Acceptability for food premises from the municipality, and COIDA registration (proof of good standing may be requested).
