• Submit your bid by the closing date and time: 15 June 2026 at 12h00. • Deposit bid documents in the bid box at: Harry Gwala Development Agency, Reception Area, Farmers Market, Portion 27 of the Farm Ellerton, Erf 2226, Ixopo 3275. • Bids must be submitted on the official forms provided (not to be re-typed) or online. • Mandatory returnable documents must be attached for your bid to be considered. • Your detailed quotation must be on a separate page with your company letterhead. • You must fully complete, sign, and submit these Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs): MBD 1, MBD 3.1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1 (to claim preference points), MBD 8, and MBD 9. • Provide proof of address: a current municipal account (not older than 3 months) OR a lease agreement. If operating from a director's residence, submit a certified original affidavit stating the address, preferably from your local SAPS office. • Your quoted price must be firm, inclusive of VAT, and valid for at least 90 days from your offer date. • Failure to provide the required information or documents will result in your bid being rejected or deemed non-responsive. • No bids will be accepted from persons in the service of the state or persons who owe municipal rates, services, or taxes for longer than 90 days. • Late bids will not be accepted.

Submit bids using ONLY the official tender documentation issued by False Bay TVET College. Telegraphic, telephonic, facsimile, or late tenders will be rejected. A non-refundable tender deposit of R300.00 is required for document collection; proof of payment must be emailed to [email protected]. Documents are emailed electronically after payment confirmation.
