Mandatory returnable: Submit the fully completed E-Tendering Training Acknowledgement Form to Eskom within the prescribed period. Failure to submit or incomplete submission will disqualify the tenderer. Required fields: business name/JV, contact person, landline, cellphone, email, tenderer’s name, acknowledgment of self-training (via E-Tendering Noddy Guide, video, or clarification meeting), authorized signature, designation, and date.

Submit the following returnable documents: Signed General Conditions of Contract, Technical response (including declarations per Section 4: honesty, resource capacity, conflict of interest management, statutory compliance, transparency, and confidentiality), Bid cover letter (SBD1) with declaration of no access to SANBI proprietary information, and any proposed amendments to Service Level Indicators (clearly marked with track changes or identifiable font color). SANBI may disqualify bids for: non-compliance with submission requirements, fraud, misrepresentation, collusive tendering, or conflict of interest. All preparation costs (including submission, presentation, and bid process participation) are the bidder’s sole responsibility. SANBI reserves the right to cancel or terminate the tender process at any stage.

The closing date and time is 5 June 2026 at 11:00 am — no late submissions will be accepted. You must include the following mandatory returnable documents with your quotation: National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report; a valid B-BBEE certificate or Sworn Affidavit (to claim specific goals); SBD 4 Bidders Disclosure Form; SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form. Late submissions will be disqualified. • Bid validity: Must remain valid for 90 days after closing date. • Required forms: All MBD forms (1, 4, 5, 6.1, 7.2, 8, 9) must be fully completed in black ink, signed, and submitted. No Tippex or pencil allowed. • Returnable documents: Company Registration Certificate, Tax Clearance Certificate/Unique PIN, CSD Summary Report, BBBEE Certificate, Municipal Account Statement (or lease agreement/councillor letter for informal/rural areas), Audited Financial Statements (if applicable), Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable), Proof of references (Annexure B). • Pricing schedule: Must quote all items. Corrections must be initialled; Tippex disqualifies the bid. • Compulsory briefing: Attendance required on 27 May 2026 at 11:00, Rooiwal Power Station. Failure to attend disqualifies the bid.

Submit one (1) original bid document plus one (1) memory stick (USB) containing a duplicate of the original.
