Physical submissions must: - Be placed in a sealed envelope; - Clearly state the topic and reference number on the envelope; - Have the quoting company's name and address endorsed on the back. Late tenders will not be accepted. Only the issued tender documentation may be used for submissions.

No late, faxed, emailed, or telephonic submissions accepted. Required documents: completed and signed bid forms (MBD 1-9), company profile, management structure details, PSIRA registration (company and director), Compensation Commissioner certificate, UIF registration, active insurance proof, provident fund proof, original tax clearance certificate, CSD full report, company registration certificate, municipal rates/taxes proof, and references. Submit bid in the correct bid box at Dihlabeng Local Municipality, Ground Floor, 9 Muller Street, Bethlehem, 9700, before 17 June 2026 at 12:00. Late submissions are disqualified. Bid preparation requirements: - Complete all forms/schedules in black ink. No pencils or correction fluid allowed. - Correct errors by drawing a line through the text/numbers and initialing the amendment.
