Additionally, the provider must be willing to undergo security vetting by the South African National Defence Force (SANDF), and all on-site personnel must be South African citizens. It is also important to note that the project site is located at a considerable distance from SANEDI’s main office; therefore, the company must include transport and accommodation costs in their bid documentation.
