As of this documentation update, the configured monthly plans are Starter at R499, Professional at R1,299, and Enterprise at R3,999.

A: Yes. The Free plan includes access to free tools, basic tender search, newsletter access, and limited AI assistant usage. Paid plans unlock larger application allowances and more advanced platform capabilities.
Q: Can I change plans later?
A: Plan changes are handled through the platform billing flow. If you need help with a subscription change, use support or your account area so the change can be applied to the correct company account.

Q: What is the Company Profile Builder?
A: The Company Profile Builder helps you create a tender-ready company profile with company details, industries, capabilities, experience, people, and review steps. A complete profile improves matching context and gives Application Assistance better source material.
Q: What is Application Assistance?
A: Application Assistance is the workspace used to prepare tender responses. It can help with proposal drafting, document planning, checklist review, status tracking, submission preparation, research, and AI chat. It supports preparation; final submission still depends on the tender issuer's required channel.
Q: What is the AI Assistant?
A: The AI Assistant helps explain tender requirements, draft or improve response content, identify compliance issues, and suggest what information to include. AI output should be reviewed by your team before it is used in a formal submission.
Q: How does matching work?
A: Matching uses your company profile, industries, operating areas, compliance information, and tender attributes to help surface better-fit opportunities. Complete and current company information improves match quality.
Tenders and Applications
Q: Where does tender information come from?
A: Tenders-SA aggregates tender information from public procurement sources and related tender feeds. Tender detail pages may include source evidence or links where available so you can verify the original notice.
Q: How often are tenders updated?
A: Tenders are refreshed regularly from source data feeds and ingestion jobs. Always check the tender detail page and source link before acting on a deadline or submission instruction.
Q: Do you guarantee that I will win tenders?
A: No. Tenders-SA helps you discover better-fit opportunities and prepare more complete applications, but award decisions are made by the issuing organization.
Q: Can I submit tenders directly through Tenders-SA?
A: Tenders-SA helps you prepare application materials and track your workflow. Many tenders still require submission through the issuer's portal, email address, physical delivery point, or another official channel. Follow the tender's published submission instructions.
