Overview
Your company profile is the foundation for accurate tender matching. The Company Profile Builder guides you through a 7-step wizard to create a comprehensive, tender-ready profile. The more complete your profile, the better our AI can match you with relevant opportunities.
Completeness Score: Your profile has a real-time completeness score (0-100%). Aim for at least 60% to be considered "Ready for Matching".
Step 1: Company Type
Select your legal entity type. This determines which compliance requirements apply to you:

Individual business owner, no separate legal entity

- 50-59%: Approaching readiness — fill in missing sections
- 60-79%: Ready for Matching — good foundation for AI matching
- 80-100%: Optimal — best tender matches and higher confidence scores
The Review step shows exactly which fields are missing to help you reach 60%+.
