Tenders-SA uses subscription tiers to control monthly application allowances and access to advanced platform features. The Pricing page is the current source of truth for active offers, trials, discounts, and checkout details.

- Free: R0/month, no monthly applications included, free tools, limited Global Chat Assistant, basic tender search, and newsletter access
- Starter: R499/month, 10 tender applications per month, basic AI matching, email alerts, document storage, and standard support
- Professional: R1,299/month, 50 tender applications per month, advanced AI assistant, priority matching notifications, document templates, compliance verification, and priority email support
- Enterprise: R3,999/month, unlimited applications, dedicated AI agent, multi-user accounts, API access, white-label reports, success analytics, and dedicated account management
- Starter: R499/month, 10 tender applications per month, basic AI matching, email alerts, document storage, and standard support

Application Allowances
Application allowances control how many tender applications your account can prepare within a billing period. Starter includes 10 applications per month, Professional includes 50, and Enterprise is treated as unlimited in the user-facing plan model.
Choosing a Plan
Use Free when you are exploring tenders and free tools. Choose Starter when you apply occasionally and need basic matching and alerts. Choose Professional when tendering is a regular growth channel and you need stronger AI assistance, templates, and compliance support. Choose Enterprise when multiple users, integrations, reporting, or higher-volume workflows are required.
Changing or Cancelling
Plan changes and cancellations should be handled through the billing or account workflow available to your account. If a payment or subscription state looks wrong, contact support with your account email and company name so the subscription can be traced correctly.
Related Paid Services
