Submission Guidelines
Source: 011-2026-CRO-ETHICS-RFQ.pdfBids must be submitted via email to [email protected] by 18 May 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The bid document must include a completed SBD 1, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1. Bidders must ensure compliance with their tax obligations and submit their unique personal identification number (PIN) issued by SARS. Late bids will not be accepted.
Evaluation Criteria

Bidders must score a minimum of 30 out of 50 points for functionality to qualify for further evaluation. The functionality criteria include company experience (20 points), personnel experience and qualifications (10 points), resource qualifications and certifications (10 points), and project methodology (10 points).

The scope of work includes a desktop and interview-based assessment, design and administration of an anonymous ethics survey, and an ethics risk assessment. The deliverables include an organisational maturity assessment summary report, anonymous ethics survey outcomes analysis, ERA report, and a presentation to management.
Financial Requirements

Compliance Requirements

A minimum of three signed reference letters on official company letterheads demonstrating successful implementation of projects of similar scope in the past five years.
