Supply and delivery of earthmoving equipment for the city of cape town (ad-hoc basis)

Submit tender in a sealed envelope with name and address of tenderer, endorsement "TENDER NO. 232G/2025/26 : TENDER DESCRIPTION: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS EARTHMOVING EQUIPMENT FOR THE CITY OF CAPE TOWN ON AD-HOC BASIS", tender box number, and closing date. The sealed envelope must be inserted into the appropriate official tender box before closing time. Required forms and returnables include: completed Details of Tenderer, Certificate of Authority for Partnerships/ Joint Ventures/ Consortiums, partnership / joint venture / consortium agreement, Declaration of Interest – State Employees, Declaration – Conflict of Interest, Declaration of Bidders’ past Supply Chain Management Practices, and Certificate of Independent Bid Determination.

Tenderers will be evaluated based on their tender offer that complies in all aspects to the conditions as detailed in this tender document and the Conditions of Tender. The tender offer must be a clear, irrevocable and unambiguous offer made to CCT, by whom the offer has been made and what the offer constitutes. The tender must also comply with the requirements of the CCT SCM Policy and procedures.

The tender includes various earthmoving equipment such as excavators, backhoe buckets, automated lubrication systems, operator training, technical training, service plans, and full maintenance plans.

Pricing format: Excluding Vat Rands. Tenderers must provide pricing for each item, including river cleaning backhoe bucket, automated lubrication / greasing system, operator training, technical training, service plan, and full maintenance plan.

Tenderers must comply with the CCT’s Supply Chain Management Policy, register on the CCT Supplier Database and the National Treasury Web Based Central Supplier Database, and provide required documentation such as Declaration of Interest – State Employees, Declaration – Conflict of Interest, and Certificate of Independent Bid Determination.
