• Scope: Supply, delivery, and installation of plastic street litter bins at various sites within City of Tshwane, as and when required over 12 months.
• Bin Design: Must be HDPE, UV stabilized. Body dimensions: 750mm(L) x 750mm(W) x 915mm(H). Colours: Red, Green, Yellow, Blue, Black, White. Lid: HDPE, integrated hinge with stainless steel pin, integrated handle, dimensions 700mm(L) x 700mm(W) x 30mm(H). Opening diameter: 300mm.
• Plastic Bin Liner: HDPE, UV stabilized, height 800mm, diameter 695mm(L) x 695mm(W), drainage hole (5cm diameter) at base centre.
• Installation: Bin fixed to ground with anchor bolts (M6–M20). Base cavity filled with concrete (up to 100mm thick). Concrete strength at least 15 MPA. Bidder provides own equipment and materials (cement, sand). Installation must not obstruct pedestrians or road users; city provides locations.
• Marking: Tshwane logo and message printed in full colour. Serial number hot-foiled in white (10mm high digits) in format: mm/yyyy/000 (month/year/unique numbers). No other advertisements allowed.
• Local Manufacturing: Only bins manufactured within South Africa accepted. Supplier must provide proof if claiming no local material available.
• Samples: City may require samples before delivery.
