Saqa seeks a service provider to deliver a certified AI essentials training course for one delegate from its ICT team. Submit all documents in PDF format via email to [email protected]. Required documents: recent National Treasury (CSD) Central Supplier Database report, original or certified B-BBEE certificate (with visible SANAS logo) or Sworn Affidavit, completed and signed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms, quotation on company letterhead, and a brochure detailing the training course (duration, level, modules, outcomes). Non-compliance with submission format or missing mandatory documents will disqualify the bid. Equivalent specifications to branded items are acceptable. National Treasury’s General Conditions of Contract (GCC) apply.
Must provide a signed reference letter for AI or similar ICT training. Must submit National Treasury CSD report and valid B-BBEE certificate/SANAS-affiliated affidavit. Must complete and submit SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms. Must comply with POPIA. Company must not be listed in tender defaulters register.
Scope: Conduct a Certified AI Essentials course for 1 delegate. Course details: Basic level, 2-day duration, must include examination. Deliverables: Provide training at the service provider’s venue, include an examination voucher, and submit a brochure detailing course duration, level, modules, and outcomes. Service levels: Satisfactory delivery of training and examinations is required; penalty of 20% of the invoice applies for non-compliance. SAQA reserves the right to cancel the contract for repeated non-delivery.
Submit a firm, all-inclusive quotation (VAT included) on company letterhead. Price must cover all costs and disbursements for the training course, including examination fees. Only fixed prices are accepted. Payment terms and bonds are not specified.
Mandatory compliance documents: recent National Treasury (CSD) Central Supplier Database report, original or certified B-BBEE certificate (with SANAS logo) or Sworn Affidavit, completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms.
