Outsourced services: Building maintenance, cleaning (external only), security. Maintenance plan required: Routine/preventative and reactive maintenance (internal and external), timelines, qualified personnel, accountability, third-party agreements, emergency protocols. Facility management team: Option 1 (Insourcing) - Facility Manager (5+ years), Administrative Assistant (3+ years), Maintenance Officer (3+ years), Client Liaison (2+ years). Option 2 (Outsourcing) - Company profile, confirmation letter, two reference letters. Project methodology: Detailed plan for service delivery, timelines, crisis management, business continuity, professional team. Site inspection: CGE will verify property boundaries, security, physical access, disability accommodation, cleanliness, hygiene.
Pricing: Must be in ZAR, inclusive of VAT. Valid for 120 days from closing date. Fixed prices only (no exchange rate variations). Complete all items on the price schedule. Annual escalation rates for office space and parking must be specified. Summary of total cost for 36 months required. Delivery costs included in bid price. Contract price subject to adjustment per Annexure 4. Payment terms: Valid invoices paid within 30 days from statement date for work done to satisfaction. No payment for unproductive or duplicated time. Maintenance fees must be included in tender pricing.
