Functionality is scored based on: Relevant Company Experience (40 points), Methodology and Work Plan (30 points), and Proposed Consultants/Facilitators (30 points). Specific goals (20 points) are awarded for 51% Black-owned suppliers (10 points) and 30% Black woman-owned suppliers (10 points).

Part A requires a comprehensive performance evaluation of the Board, its committees, and the Company Secretary, including skills gap analysis and King V readiness assessment. Part B requires designing and delivering King V training/masterclasses for approximately 25 Board and Executive Committee members. All activities must be completed within eight weeks of appointment.
