– Cold water inlet ½" or ¾" with shut‑off valve; internal PVC drainage to external soakaway or sewer; vent stack ≥1.5 m above roof.

• Door: heavy‑duty steel, anti‑rust treatment, lockable with hasp and latch, rubber gasket seal.
• Optional lighting: one IP65 LED bulkhead ceiling light with weather‑proof switch; surface‑mounted conduit.
• Internal finishes: waterproof wall panels or painted cement board, painted fibre‑cement ceiling, vent or extractor fan, mirror above basin.
