Must not have convictions for fraud/corruption in procurement processes in the past 5 years. Must not be prohibited from doing business with any International Financial Institution. Must declare any conflicts of interest, including relationships with Eskom employees/directors or other tenderers. Must disclose shareholding information for individuals/entities. Joint ventures must submit a copy of the JV agreement confirming joint and several liability and lead partner authority.
