• Supplier must have an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) based on SABS/ISO 9001 or equivalent approved by Eskom.

• Minimum third-party insurance: Amount deemed necessary by Tenderer.
• Minimum fourth-party insurance: As per Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, plus common law liability with limit of indemnity not less than R500,000.
• Health, Safety, and Environment: Tenderer must comply with Construction Regulations 2014, all applicable health, safety, and environmental laws, and Eskom’s rules.
• Confidentiality: Tenderer must not disclose contract information except as required; images of works require prior written consent from Eskom.
• Ethics: Prohibited actions (coercive, collusive, corrupt, fraudulent, obstructive) are grounds for termination.
• Tax Compliance: Tax invoices must meet specified requirements, including Eskom’s name and VAT number.
