Financial Requirements

Submit recent three years' audited financial statements confirming the business is a going concern, per Municipal Supply Chain Management Regulations.
The bidder may be required to provide written evidence of adequate financial, labour, and other resources.
The municipality reserves the right to conduct financial investigations via chartered accountants/auditors.
Pricing must be in Rand, include all duties and taxes (except VAT), and be fixed for the contract duration.
