The mailbox capacity is 10MB per email; multiple emails may be sent to accommodate larger files. Include all completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms with the quotation. Quotations must be firm and exclude VAT (VAT must be shown as a separate line item).
Evaluation Criteria

Specific goals are based on black ownership (up to 12 points) and women ownership (up to 8 points).
Technical Specifications

Deliverables include reviewed draft statements with comments and the final draft AFS for external audit. The lead accountant must be a Chartered Accountant with at least 5 years of experience in reviewing financial statements and be a member in good standing of SAICA or IRBA. The firm must have at least 3 years of experience in GRAP compliance projects.

At award stage: Tax compliance and verification against the Register of Restricted Suppliers/Tender Defaulters.
