2. Administrative Compliance – CSD registration, SARS tax compliance, CIPC registration, B‑BBEE certificate, completed SBD 6.1.
3. Technical Evaluation – compliance with training specifications (basic diesel training, trade‑test preparation, trade test) and submission of required documentation.
4. Preference Points – points awarded for women, disability, youth ownership, local enterprise and B‑BBEE level as per Table 4.
