Assessments include: 1) Background: Health/lifestyle questionnaire covering medical history, emotional/physical wellbeing, lifestyle habits (smoking, alcohol, etc.). 2) Pathology: Fasting lipogram, fasting glucose test, liver function test, kidney function test, full blood count, tumour markers (for males older than 40). 3) Clinical: Height, weight, waist circumference, body fat percentage, BMI, blood pressure measurement, lung function test, resting ECG, stress ECG (only at accredited facilities), stroke risk assessment/profiling. 4) Functional: Posture assessment, fitness assessment, biokineticist consultation. 5) Mental Health: Stress levels, anxiety, exhaustion, depression. 6) GP Consultation (30–45 minutes, in-person or online): Review pathology/clinical/functional results, medical history, mental health, medication, physical examination, referrals.
