• Turnaround: Reports must be delivered within three working days after assessment.
• Assessments must comply with South African legislation, ethical standards, and be scientifically valid, reliable, and fair.

• It should demonstrate understanding of requirements, with clear timelines to ensure assessments are delivered within required timeframes.

• Minimum 5 years’ demonstrable experience in providing psychometric assessment services for executive, senior, and middle management roles.
• Submit a company profile detailing areas of expertise, years in operation, and experience in rendering similar services.
• Scoring: 5 years’ experience = 10 points; less than 5 years = 0 points.

• Must provide five contactable reference letters attesting to psychometric assessment services.
• Letters must be on company letterhead, include company name, physical address, service period, type of services, and authorised signatory details.
• Invalid or disputed reference letters result in disqualification.
• The CCMA may conduct reference checks at any stage.

• Complete the pricing schedule table with total price per candidate per level (Executive, Senior, Middle Management) for each of the three years.
• Prices must be inclusive of VAT and all costs.
• The schedule is a mandatory part of the quotation submission.
