The south african national space agency (sansa) seeks a sage platinum partner to provide comprehensive business partner services, including maintenance, licensing, implementation, and support for sage x3 ERP, sage 300, and other modules, over a three-year period. The tender targets suppliers capable of delivering end-to-end sage solutions, integrations, and consulting for both current and future requirements.
Submit bids in the bid box at SANSA reception, Building 10, CSIR Campus, Meiring Naudé Road, Brummeria, Pretoria, during working hours (08h00-16h00). Late bids are disqualified. Use original forms (do not re-type or convert from PDF). Submit one (1) original and two (2) hard copies of the bid document. Financial offer (Pricing Schedule and Form of Offer and Acceptance) must be in a separate sealed envelope, clearly marked with bid number and 'Financial Offer'. Scan entire proposal, save on a memory stick, and submit with technical envelope. Sign the submission register at reception. Bids must be deposited by the closing time (11h00) as per the clock at SANSA reception. Telegraphic, telephonic, fax, or email submissions are not accepted. Ensure couriers/drivers follow these instructions to avoid misplacement.
80/20 preference point system applies. Maximum 100 points: 80 for price, 20 for specific goals. Price points calculated using formula: Ps = 80(1 - (Pt - Pmin)/Pmin), where Ps = points for price, Pt = bidder's price, Pmin = lowest acceptable price. Specific goals and points: 51% black owned (5 points), 40% black women owned (3 points), 51% black youth (2 points). Failure to submit proof for specific goals means no points are claimed. Bidder must substantiate claims if requested. Evaluation includes functionality and financial offer (opened separately).
Provide SAGE Business Partner services for 3 years, including: (1) SAGE Maintenance and Support (end-to-end) for Sage X3 ERP, Sage 300, Talent Acquisition System, CRM, Sage Enterprise Intelligence, and other modules. (2) Licensing for all Sage solutions. (3) Planning and Project Management (e.g., Project Costing, CRM). (4) Solution design, enhancements, and implementation. (5) Training and awareness. (6) Business analysis, technical consulting, and special solutions development. (7) Third-party integrations (e.g., Document Management System, Bank, Microsoft). (8) Quality assurance and ad-hoc reporting. Must have valid and active SAGE Platinum Partner Certification. Scope includes current on-premise deployments and future Sage-related requirements (e.g., Sage CRM, BEE, E-Procurement).

B-BBEE: Points allocated for 51% black owned (5), 40% black women owned (3), 51% black youth (2).
