Appointment of a service provider for the supply, installation, and maintenance of an Asset Management System for a period of 3 years. Compliance with PPPFA Act No. 5 of 2000 and amended regulations of 2022 (Gazette No. 47452, effective 16 January 2023) is required.

Bid documents must be collected from the Supply Chain Management offices (Budget and Treasury Offices, No. 25-27 Owen Street, Queenstown) or downloaded from the municipal website or National Treasury eTender Portal from 10 June 2026, 08h00–16h00 on weekdays. Completed bids must be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bid number and project name, and deposited in the bid box at the same address by 12h00 on 23 June 2026. All bids will be opened in public at the closing time. No questions will be entertained 4 days before the bid closes.

Service providers must be registered and compliant with South African legislation. Bids will be evaluated using the 80/20 PPPFA preference points system. Bidders must have the technical capability to supply, install, and maintain an asset management system. B-BBEE status will contribute to scoring (10 points).
